The Producers Hybrids interns are off to a great summer! Meet Madison Messersmith, a senior studying Agribusiness at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Madison is working as the Region 3 Sales Intern in Western Nebraska. She has already helped almost all the District Sales Managers in her area with delivering seed and taking care of returns. Madison has also spent time with agronomists and assisted with the work they are doing in the field.
“I have enjoyed everything,” says Madison. “Producers Hybrids already feels like a family to me. I especially enjoy getting to meet the growers and hearing their stories.”
During the remainder of the summer, she looks forward to meeting more people and having face-to-face conversations with growers. She hopes to carry the relationships she has made during this internship far into her future.
Speaking of the future, Madison will graduate in December 2018 and hopes to secure a job using the hands-on experience she is gaining at her Producers Hybrids internship. Madison wants to always continue learning!
