Our final intern spotlight of the summer is Troy Childress. Troy is working in Eastern Nebraska as the Sales Intern for Region 4. He attends the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a senior studying Agronomy.
Troy’s days range from collecting returns, to scouting fields, to placing field signs. He has also dumped beans, collected and broke-down seed boxes, planted P3 plots, and made service calls.
“I enjoy the flexibility of this position and how every day brings something new,” says Troy. “I look forward to more experiences and work with customers.”
After graduation, Troy plans on finding a job in agronomy sales.
