I’ve spent one month with Producers Hybrids. Some people have spent one year, some 10 years, and some have been with Producers since the beginning. No matter the amount of time, we all will be walking into a new job Monday morning.
This new job is ready for us to arrive. This new job has a larger team. This new job looks sleek, simplified, and strategic. While this new job may present hurdles along the way, each challenge can lead to better systems, processes, and opportunities. This new job means business and is going to make its mark on the seed industry.
This new job is LG Seeds. And now that the Countdown Meetings are over, it is clear to see that everyone across the country is “all in”.
